Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your package anytime.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect (not including wrong purchase size).
• Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

What is a Pre-Order?

Every HOG ROBES order is crafted to order. When you place your order, our team begins the making process specifically for you — from fabric selection through to final quality checks. This means no mass-produced stock sitting on a shelf, just a robe made with intention, built around your order. It takes a little longer, but that's the point.

Payment & Fulfillment

Your payment is collected in full at the time of checkout. This payment is used to source, produce, and ship your order. Estimated fulfillment time is 7–21 business days from the date of purchase, depending on demand and your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order dispatches.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order enters the sourcing and production process and cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.

Refunds & Disputes

We stand behind the quality of every robe we ship. If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

We are not able to offer refunds due to shipping delays within the estimated fulfillment window, or for orders where the customer failed to read this pre-order policy prior to purchase.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• Your purchase is a pre-order and fulfillment may take up to 21 business days
• Payment is collected upfront to fund production of your specific order
• You have read and agree to the cancellation and refund terms above
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute outside of these terms, rather than contacting us first, is a violation of this agreement
